Destiny Lopez is a junior associate with experience in a variety of civil litigation matters, including multi-district litigation, class actions, product liability, and contractual disputes. 

Before joining DTO Law, Destiny was an associate at Reed Smith LLP and a fellow at the ACLU of San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Destiny is deeply committed to diversity in the legal profession and is currently a mentor for the Legal Education Access Pipeline (LEAP). She also has an extensive pro bono practice, including a voting rights case challenging a restrictive law in Texas and multiple asylum cases.

Outside of work, Destiny spends as much time outdoors as possible and enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and cycling.
