Grace is an experienced commercial litigator based out of DTO’s New York office.  Grace’s practice encompasses a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including those involving contractual disputes, products liability, and employment law. 

Before joining DTO Law, Grace served as one of the first law clerks to the Honorable Karen Spencer Marston in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Grace began her legal career at Paul Weiss in New York, where she gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including dispositive motion practice and discovery management. 

During the fall of 2022, Grace taught Introduction to Legal Analysis and Writing to first-year students at Yale Law School.  

When not working, you can find Grace devouring stacks of library books, doing Pilates, going to the theatre and trying new restaurants.
