Kevin Westerman is a litigator based in DTO’s New York office. Kevin handles all aspects of complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on the defense of consumer class actions.

Prior to joining DTO, Kevin developed his litigation skills at Milbank LLP. There, he represented clients in antitrust, business tort, consumer class action, contract, and white-collar investigatory matters. He has experience with all aspects of litigation including dispositive motion practice and managing high-volume discovery.

When not litigating, you can find Kevin playing in intramural basketball and flag football leagues across New York City.
