Nicole Malick is a litigator who represents clients in class actions and intellectual property disputes, including copyright, trademark, and patent matters, as well as in other complex commercial matters such as breaches of contract.

Nicole is actively involved in pro bono work, regularly assisting clients seeking criminal record expungement. She also drafted an amicus brief in the California Court of Appeal on behalf of California Women’s Law Center and twenty other organizations supporting greater confidentiality rights for survivors of domestic violence. Prior to joining DTO Law, Nicole was an attorney at Winston & Strawn, LLP, and she previously served as a legal analyst.

Nicole speaks conversational French. In her spare time, she enjoys trying and recommending restaurants, Pilates, and exploring Southern California’s many beaches.
