Representative Matters

Developer/Investor Representation

  • Represented master developer in connection with disposition of several multi-acre parcels in various phases of development located in a mixed-use residential, commercial and industrial planned community project in Sacramento, California.  

  • Represented developer in resort master development CC&Rs and management agreement for global hotel company.

  • Represented investors in connection with a joint venture formed to acquire and construct a 400-unit luxury residential apartment within a redeveloped mixed-use shopping center in Pasadena, California.

  • Represented developer in connection with acquisition of six separate office buildings and thirty-five acres in Los Angeles, Brea, Santa Fe Springs, Bell and Commerce.  

  • Represented purchaser in the acquisition of two twenty-acre commercial property sites previously used for oil storage and production for redevelopment and construction.

  • Represented developers in connection with a California and Arizona mixed-use hotel and timeshare resort.  

  • Represented developer in connection with the re-development and leasing of a 230 acre, 5,000,000 sq. ft industrial warehouse park at a former refinery in Santa Fe Springs, California.

  • Represented purchaser in multiple sale/leaseback transactions with Fortune 500 companies.

  • Represented ‘stalking horse’ buyer in real estate aspects of purchase and re-leasing of 1,000,000 square foot distribution warehouse in Inland Empire.

  • Represented ‘stalking horse’ buyer in real estate aspects of purchase and leasing of over 50 retail store and warehouse sites in Texas.

Landlord/Tenant Representation 

  • Represented client in the leasing of space in automobile dealerships, business complex and commercial locations for car-sharing subscription service business.

  • Represented tenant in connection with lease of 150,000 sq. foot call center location in Chandler, Arizona.

  • Represented financial services client in the lease of 29 branch location offices across the United States.

  • Represented tenant in lease buy-out and termination in connection with a retail automotive sales and rental lot in Valencia, California.

  • Represented tenant in lease of 10,000 square foot commercial office space in West Los Angeles.

  • Represented tenant in sublease of 19,000 square foot commercial office space in Sunnyvale, California.

  • Represented landlord in the leasing of over 1,000,000 square feet of retail and office space in Southern California.

  • Represented landlord in leasing and oversight of a master lease arrangement involving over 230 gas station and convenience store sites to a Fortune 50 petroleum corporation.  

  • Represented public agency landlord in the leasing and sale of various properties in Los Angeles County.

  • Represented the Gamble House Conservancy in a transaction which transferred oversight and operations of the Gamble House in Pasadena, California from the University of Southern California to the Gamble House Conservancy.
